The anti-inflammatory diet is an eating plan designed to prevent or reduce low-grade chronic inflammation, a key risk factor in a host of health problems and several major diseases. The typical anti-inflammatory diet emphasizes fruits, vegetables, lean protein, nuts, seeds, and healthy fats.  

Nutrional ketogenic (keto) diet

The ketogenic diet, or, keto diet.  is a low-carb, high-fat diet that can help you lose weight and improve your health by replacing carbohydrates intake with fat  intake.  This causes your body to go into a metabolic state called ketosis which then forces your body to use fat for energy.  There is significant research that shows that it may even have benefits against diabetes, cancer, epilepsy and Alzheimer's disease.
